Central Mindanao University is pleased to announce that “DOORSTEP Online Application Portal" is now officially open for prospective students for A.Y. 2027-2028 If you plan to take any entrance examination, please follow the steps below:

Important: Please make sure that you select the correct examination category before proceeding with your online application.
If you have already taken the examination and want to view your result and proceed with the enrollment process, follow the steps below.
Important: Make sure that your Application ID Number and name match your records.
If the Application ID Number and name do not match, DO NOT proceed with the registration. Please email your complete name to admissions.oasp@cmu.edu.ph and wait for further instructions.

After successfully registering, log in using your email address and password to view your examination result and access the documents needed for the enrollment process.
You may also download and print the necessary forms and documents available in your account.

Note: If you are a qualifier, download and print only the forms indicated in the corresponding video tutorial. Please disregard other modules or forms that are not applicable to your enrollment.
After logging in, go to your Dashboard and locate the Notice of Result.
Read the Notice of Result carefully and follow all the instructions provided. Prepare the required documents, if applicable.
Also, check the OASP Requirements and Registrar Requirements displayed on your dashboard.
Make sure that all required documents are complete before proceeding with the enrollment process.
Note: For non-qualifiers, you can only view the notice of result. For qualifiers, you have modules as follows: OASP, Registrar, Hospital, NSTP and PTGC requirements depending on your grade or year level.
For incoming first year college students (CMUCAT qualifiers):
Download, 1) admission criteria and slots per course, and 2) enrolment process flowchart for incoming freshmen during COVID-19 (for those who take CMUCAT). Read and understand the table and process flowchart. You need to fill-out the student profile in order to print Form 2: Confirmation Slip. Include printing Form 1: Notice of Result. You can also download all the forms needed ahead of time: Privacy Statement, Sworn statement, Dental and Health Records Forms, Physical Exam Forms, NTSP Forms,
If you're qualified for admission, please confirm your intention to enroll on or before May 30, 2025 by filling-out the student profile and printing the confirmation slip in "Doorstep". For incoming Grade 7 students (ULHSAT qualifiers):
Print Form 1: Notice of Results. You need to fill-out the student profile in order to print Form 2: Confirmation Slip.
Wait for further instruction for the online enrolment . Kindly visit the official Facebook Page of CMULHS: CMULHS (Central Mindanao University Laboratory High School) for the enrollment procedures and steps.
If you're qualified for admission, please email your intention to enroll on or before May 31, 2024 to cmulhs@cmu.edu.ph. Failure to do so means forfeiture of your slot.
