Student
Student personal information is obtained from the Office of Admission, Scholarships and Placement (OASP) the University Registrar, from the university application and enrolment forms, and from individual students themselves. The collection of information enables the University to manage the individual student’s academic career from admission to graduation, through to alumni and confirming qualifications of employment.


Employees
Personal Information about employees is obtained from their Personal Data Sheet and other forms/documents are collected or required in lieu of their employment engagement at the University.
